PARENTING & POSTPARTUM

Parenthood changes everything - your identity, your relationship, your body, and your nervous system. Whether you’re navigating postpartum adjustment, feeling disconnected from yourself or struggling to stay grounded amid the chaos, therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of it all.

My approach is rooted in attachment and compassion — for both you and your child. We’ll look beneath the surface of daily stress and reactivity to understand what’s really driving the disconnection, and build new ways of relating that feel calmer and more intentional.

TRAUMA & EMDR

In EMDR therapy, we use bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping) to help reprocess painful and traumatic memories. While it’s best known for trauma, EMDR can also help when you feel stuck, reactive, or weighed down by experiences you can’t quite move past.

Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, steady, and effective.
